Aromas of white flower blossoms, melon, and citrus with cheese notes. Granny Smith apple, stone fruit, and honeycomb on the palate with a crisp, citrusy finish with pleasant minerality.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, passion fruit, and grapefruit with hints of melon and grass.  Velvety on the palate with flavors of watermelon and strawberry, hints of zest, and a minerally finish.  

Dark berry and citrus aromas with flavors of grapefruit, blood orange, vanilla, and freshly baked strawberry pie. The palate is vibrant and silky with flavors of grilled plum, juniper, and dried rosemary. Hints of crushed gravel, eucalyptus, and black tea on the finish are followed beautifully by a subtle minerality.

Aromas of bramble, dried fruit, and citrus with hints of fruit spice. The flavors are concentrated and true-to-nose. Robust in flavor with delicate body and a floral bouquet. 

Dried figs, blackberry, vanilla, red curry, pepper, cinnamon, and strawberry pastry – not entirely in that order. The flavors mingle and change non-stop as the wine breathes. It’s still a baby, but the tannins are integrating nicely. There is a structure to this Tempranillo that speaks volumes to the vineyards (89% Sugarloaf Vineyard, 11% Numeral Mountain Vineyard).

Ripe blueberry and plum on the nose followed by vanilla, leather, black pepper, eucalyptus and hints of graphite. The pallet is rich with grippy tannins on the front that soften towards the finish. Speaking of the finish, it’s loaded with peppery spice and chocolate-vanilla swirl with orange zest. Enjoy!

Ripe flavors of plum and red berry reduction with hints of chocolate mousse and violets. Vanilla, black pepper, and cedar notes along the way. The flavors on the palate are true-to-nose with a splash of citrus on the finish. This Merlot is mouth-wateringly intense yet refined. Dangerous.

Our second vintage of Malbec has aromas of orange zest, blackberry sauce, and baking spices. Mouthwatering raspberry pastry and plum mingle on the palate. With hints of vanilla, sweet tobacco, and a black pepper finish.

Our fifth vintage of Quinn is a Cabernet-dominant blend followed by Malbec and Merlot. Classic Bordeaux notes of cedar, plum, blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, baking spices, and black pepper. Cayenne pepper and orange peel linger on the finish, with nicely integrated tannins.

Robust aromas of blueberry, blackberry compote, dark chocolate, black pepper, and citrus peel. The flavors are rich and concentrated – blackberries, black cherry, black olive, espresso, and herbal notes. The tannins are lovely. This wine has a depth that will only get better with age. We named this wine after our friend Jared, who was born with a debilitating heart condition that should have ended his life much sooner. Through his perseverance & endless courage, he showed how to live a truly happy & adventurous life. So in memory, we live our own lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.

Our first Wise Man sourced from Bacchus Vineyard in the Columbia Valley north of Pasco. This vintage has bold flavors of cherry, raspberry, clove and cocoa nibs. Hits of cinnamon dance on the palate, reminding us of Big Red chewing gum. The tannins are grippy with flavors of red berries, pipe tobacco and eucalyptus on the finish.

Wild blackberries, leather, plum, boysenberry, cigar box, black pepper, baking spice and graphite. A rich mouthfeel with lively acids and big tannin structure. This wine has the potential to age easily for 15+ years. Decant for 24 hours before enjoying. Serve with a juicy grilled steak, burgers, leg of lamb, pork or duck roast & funky cheese like Roquefort.
