Longship Cellars is a gem you shouldn't miss.
I had such a fun time at longship. I was only in town for a few days and this was a pleasant experience. I have never heard of this winery before and it was fun to hear about their theme of Viking names for their wines. The Malbec and cinsault were amazing. I brought some home with me! I work in the industry and I am excited to spread the word in the Seattle area about this winery!
What a lovely spot!! I was in town for work and headed here on a weeknight evening for a wine flight and a bite to eat. I enjoyed the three 2020 Reserve wines (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo) as a flight, and added the baked goat cheese with pesto and sundried tomato (with gluten free bread!!) to my order. What a treat. I particularly enjoyed the Tempranillo, and only wish I had room in my suitcase to bring some back with me. I was extremely appreciative of the availability of gluten free options as well - the baguette was delicious, but was not the only GF option! The service was lovely - the two women working on this particular evening were kind and attentive and answered all my questions. This is a lovely and peaceful place to spend an evening. As a final note, as a woman traveling alone on business, I felt extremely comfortable and cared for here. Thank you!!
Longship is one of our favorite places! We have yet to taste a wine that we did not love, and have probably taken a bottle home of each at some point. We joined the wine club and are really looking forward to our shipments and the perks. Overall, it's a great atmosphere, the staff are always friendly, and the wines are great; definitely a go-to spot for us.
Great atmosphere, great food, great wine. Really enjoyed our time at Longship Cellars. We ordered two flights and some pita with goat cheese. All the wines were really tasty and the food was above our expectations. Definitely recommend.
