How to Access Your Wine Club Online Account

1. On our new website, select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner. Then select FORGOT PASSWORD and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive an email to reset your password. DO NOT select Sign Up For An Account (this is for new Club Members joining). If your email address isn’t found, you can contact us through the contact box below.
 
2. After resetting your password you can now log in and access to your account! Here, you can easily update your contact information or credit card on file. You can also easily purchase wine and your Club Discounts will be automatically applied! YAY!
 
3. If there is more than one person on your membership (spouse, partner, ect) they will need to use the primary email address for the membership and the password you set up in order to access the online account or make purchases with the club discount online.
 
New Online Club Profile Features and Important Details
- You’ll be able to update your information in your online Club Profile including Credit Card, Shipping/Billing Information and you’ll be able to view and make changes to the seasonal Wine Club Releases (this will be available two weeks prior to the release).
 
- You’ll also be able to easily make online purchases (for pick up or shipping). Your Club Discount will automatically be applied to your order based on your club level. Club Discounts will be reflected when the items are added to your cart.
 
- Wine Club Releases :: Two weeks prior to a Club Release, you’ll receive an email about the wines in the shipment and you’ll be able to review your allocation and make any necessary changes. This email will be sent to the primary email on your account so please be aware if you have more than one person on your membership (spouse, partner, ect) you may need to share the upcoming club allocation information with them. Regular marketing emails for events, promotions, ect, will still continue to be sent to all email addresses on file who have opted in for emails.
 
- With this new system a date of birth is required for club membership. So your date of birth is most likely incorrect. After accessing your online account you can change this under My Profile. You can also check to make sure your information is correct. Any secondary emails that were on file in our past system will be added this coming week.
 
- The new website is pretty rad! On it, you can now find where Longship Wine and Thorax Meadworks is sold in Washington and Idaho. You’ll also be able to see all upcoming events and current wine and food menu. And new Club Members can sign up easily directly on the site!
 
- You will still need to contact us directly to make changes to your Membership (club level changes, on hold, cancelling, etc). If you need to make any changes you can contact us through the contact box below or physically at the Tasting Room.

Navigating Your Club Portal
First navigate to our website HERE and select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner. If you’ve already reset your password, you can log in. If accessing your online account for the first time, select FORGOT PASSWORD to reset your password. After logging in, use the navigation menu to update your information.
 
Edit Profile - Edit your contact information.
Credit Cards - Add or remove credit cards that we have on file for you.
Club List - This is where you can access your club information and customize your club selections. If you'd like to change the card that is used for your ongoing club payments, do that here!
Address Book - Add or remove an address.
Order History - View a list of the purchases you've made in the past (this will eventually include the last 3 years of your transactions from our previous POS but will not show up until next week).
