Savory aromas and flavors of candied bacon, charcuterie meats and leather integrate with beautiful layers of fresh figs, black cherries and stewed strawberries. Robust flavors of dried herbs, pipe tobacco and cabinet spice lead into notes of grilled plums and vanilla. The finish is infused with black pepper, cayenne, dill and cocoa powder. Big full-palate tannins infused with cinnamon, white pepper and hints of eucalyptus on the finish.

Rich dramatic notes of fresh blueberries, blackberries and boysenberries intermix with savory pipe tobacco, incense, sage and smoked paprika. The flavors continue to intensify with dark chocolate, baking spices, macerated berries and hints of roasted nuts and mesquite BBQ. The tannins are robust and lead into an expressive finish of leather, cedar, red curry, cayenne, white pepper and subtle hints of eucalyptus.

Concentrated aromas and flavors of mountain blackberries, blueberries and ripe plums lead into vibrant notes of vanilla, nutmeg and black pepper. The mid-palate is silky and mouth watering with notes of wild berry jam, grape bubblegum, semi sweet chocolate chips, tobacco, clove and a hint of pomegranate. A dynamic lingering finish of black tea and white pepper followed by fun subtle hints of lemon zest and mocha.

Bold and refined flavors of cinnamon, cocoa and black cherry create a complex flavor profile with subtle notes vanilla and black tea. Bright acidity and integrated tannins dance into a lingering finish of fruit leather and citrus zest.
