Tasting Notes

Blueberry sauce, blackberry, sugar plums and semi-sweet chocolate. Bold tannins with perfect acidity and flavors of blueberry sauce, black pepper, vanilla and black tea on the finish. We named this wine after our friend Jared, who was born with a debilitating heart condition that should have ended his life much sooner. Through his perseverance & endless courage he showed how to live a truly happy & adventurous life. So in memory, we live our own lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.
