Tasting Notes

Rich black cherry, leather, tobacco leaf, vanilla, cola, roasted peppers, black tea, and allspice. A full palate with big tannins and hints of blackberries, plum, cedar, and nutmeg. Cellar for up to 15 years. Decant for 24 hours before enjoying. Serve with filet mignon over Portobello mushrooms and balsamic glaze, hard cheese like aged cheddar, or dark chocolate.
