Tasting Notes
Robust aromas of black fruit, savory jam, cherry pit, and peppery spice with notes of vanilla, espresso, and dried herbs. The flavors are concentrated and true-to-nose. This Tempranillo is rich and bold with excellent tannin structure and a long finish full of spice.

Method
Made using hand-picked and hand-sorted fruit from the foothills of the Blue Mountains. We destemmed the berries into small bins for a 3-day cold soak, followed by 12 days of primary fermentation. The wine was sent to a combination of French and American oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and 18 months of aging. Just prior to bottling, we blended with a small percentage of Tempranillo from Numeral Mountain Vineyard, a beautiful site in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains that overlooks the majestic Columbia River in Entiat.
