Tasting Notes
Aromas of cherry, fig, tobacco, and cinnamon toast with hints of vanilla and citrus peel. Silky texture with excellent tannins and flavors of black cherry, fig, and tomato sauce. The finish is long and spicy with flavors of black fruit, pepper, and cloves.

Method
We doubled our production of Tempranillo in 2015, giving our winemaker the opportunity to create his long-anticipated "Super-Spanish" blend. Using Tempranillo as the base, we added roundness using Grenache, Tempranillo's Spanish cousin, and Cabernet Sauvignon, adding boldness and spice.
