Aromas of blackberry reduction, black plum, baking spices, licorice & cured meats. Rich texture with lovely tannin structure and flavors of blackberry jam, black olive, clove, and cinnamon roll on the finish.

Method

This Ginger Man was infused with fellow Walla Walla Valley-grown Grenache throughout barrel-aging, adding a touch of southern-rhone gaminess. Aged for 18 months in 20 percent new American oak and blended with a small dose of Horse Heaven Hills Syrah just before bottling.
