ON THE NOSE
Aromas of white flower blossoms, melon and citrus with cheese notes.
ON THE PALATE
Granny Smith apple, stone fruit and honeycomb with a crisp, citrusy finish with pleasant minerality.
Born and raised in stainless steel, our 2018 "Steel Dragon" Riesling was hand-picked, hand-sorted and whole-cluster pressed to tank. We fermented to dryness using Assmanhausen (AMH) yeast, which originated from the Geisenheim Research Institute in Germany. The fermentation lasted 32 days with an average temperature of 60 degrees F. The wine was aged for four months in stainless steel barrels and cross-flow filtered prior to bottling on March 29, 2019.
