Numeral Mountain Vineyard
Released March 26, 2021
Layers of black cherry, leather, fig, tobacco, volcanic rocks, cinnamon, cardamom, curry and dried herbs with hints of espresso, brown sugar and black pepper. Big tannins with a savory and spicy finish. Lay this wine down for at least 3-5 years. We recommend decanting for 24 hours before enjoying. Serve with paella, burgers, rib-eye and roasted veggies, baked pasta dishes with red sauce or cheese like manchego.
Our third Reserve Tempranillo is from Numeral Mountain Vineyard in Entiat, WA. Hand-picked, hand-sorted fruit fermented in small bins. We aged this beauty in 25% new French and 25% new American oak barrels for 18 months and bottle-aged for one year in our cellar prior to release.
