Numeral Mountain Vineyard
Released March 26, 2021
Wild blackberries, leather, plum, boysenberry, cigar box, black pepper, baking spice and graphite. A rich mouthfeel with lively acids and big tannin structure. This wine has the potential to age easily for 15+ years. Decant for 24 hours before enjoying. Serve with a juicy grilled steak, burgers, leg of lamb, pork or duck roast & funky cheese like Roquefort.
Our second Reserve Malbec, also from Numeral Mountain Vineyard in Entiat, was hand-picked, hand-sorted fruit fermented in small bins. Aged in 25% new Romanian oak from Seguin Moreau Cooperage and bottle-aged one year in our cellar prior to release.
