Horse Heaven Hills - Phinny Hill Vineyard

Ripe blueberry and plum on the nose followed by vanilla, leather, black pepper, eucalyptus and hints of graphite. The pallet is rich with grippy tannins on the front that soften towards the finish. Speaking of the finish, it’s loaded with peppery spice and chocolate-vanilla swirl with orange zest. Enjoy!
The first Horse Heaven Hills edition of our "Ginger Man" Syrah. This handcrafted Syrah was whole-berry fermented in small bins for approximately 12 days, followed by 10 days of extended maceration to optimize phenolic and flavor extraction. After 18 months of barrel aging, we blended our Syrah with a small amount of Grenache to add richness and spice.
