What an incredible and fun weekend! We are beyond grateful for everyone who came out to enjoy the release of our new wines! We paired our 2015 Star Ship Cab Sauv and 2015 Wise Man Cab Sauv with a Butternut Squash Soup (the Wise Man pairs perfect). And our 2015 Star Ship Red Blend and 2015 Quinn Red Blend with a Braised Short Rib Chili (the Tempranillo in the Quinn makes it a dynamite pairing). We couldn't have done it without our friend Brianna who filled in for Kyle while he was out working harvest. Chef Andrew Grassick made some bomb soups!
